1. Rescheduling and Refunds: While sessions are non-refundable, we offer the flexibility to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. This way, if your plans change, you can still make the most of your session by finding a suitable time.

2. Appointment Ownership: Sessions cannot be transferred to another individual. Each appointment is personalized and tailored to your needs, so they are not transferable to someone else.

3. Unpaid Sessions: For any session that wasn't prepaid and canceled less than 24 hours in advance, an invoice for the full amount will be sent to you. Kindly note that scheduling your next appointment will be possible only after the payment is received.

4. Rescheduling Process: To reschedule your appointment, please log in to our member portal at TranquilityRising.com. The member portal offers a user-friendly interface for managing your appointments.
