Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Join us for a serene and rejuvenating summer solstice sound bath experience. As we celebrate the longest day of the year, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. This meditative journey will help you release tension and connect with your inner self. Don't miss this opportunity to start the season with a clear mind and a balanced body.

These particular singing bowls are tuned to 528Hz. They have a gentle, yet potent ability to shift energies and produce crystal-clear sound vibrations. A soothing herbal tea blend will be offered at the session.

Feel free to bring your own teacup if you wish! Sometimes having that special cup to sip from brings an extra layer of comfort.

Bring any crystals calling to you and a journal to note things that come through during the sound bath.

Wear comfortable clothes for sitting/lying down. We will have options for both as we spread out all the Thai Yoga Mats across the studio for comfort as well as the option to be seated on the couch or a chair if you prefer. No need to bring your own yoga mat, blankets or props but as always bring what makes you feel most comfortable.
